Nonprofit Workshop: Strategic Planning

- Strategic Planning- Learn what it is, how to do it, and who should be involved in the process. The workshop will be led by one of the Johnson Center’s nonprofit technical assistance providers, Terry Horton. This workshop will be particularly helpful to the executive directors of small and mid-sized nonprofits. Attending this workshop will provide the opportunity for possible one on one and organization specific strategic planning assistance in the future.
