- More and more, individuals and families are becoming interested in managing their wealth in a way that brings meaning to their lives and affects people positively. They look to give something back to the community as well as plan for their financial security or estate transfer. Community Foundations are flexible, place a priority on stewardship and sound financial management, and allow donors to give to more than one charitable cause. Please join us for a Professional Advisor Reception as we introduce our newest fund, the Eastern Michigan Christian Foundation. The Eastern Michigan Christian Foundation (EMCF) will support local Christian Ministries, and promote estate giving to the fund itself and to member organizations. Member organizations include Bridge Builders Counseling & Mentoring, Blue Water Pregnancy Care Center, New Life Christian Academy, Operation Transformation, Save Our Neighborhoods & Streets (SONS), Wonderful News Radio – 90.7, and Youth for Christ.
