Jimmy Angels

Jimmy Angels, age 44, died January 11, 2015 in Blue Water Hospice Home after a brave battle with Leukemia. He was born November 24, 1970 in Warren, Michigan and lived in Fort Gratiot since 2003.
Jimmy worked at Chrysler Corporation for over 15 years. He was an avid fan of all sports, with a special place in his heart for Michigan State. He coached soccer, basketball, baseball, and football. He especially liked to play soccer and also run along the Fort Gratiot trail. Jimmy enjoyed spending time with family and friends and taking trips up north in Michigan and south to Florida. He also loved to operate “Camp Jim” for his son, and nieces and nephews. Jim was a kind hearted soul who will be missed by many friends, co-workers, and family.
He is survived by his wife, Trina Angels, a son, Luke Angels, his mother, Jane Angels, a sister, Virginia (Dodd) DeBoer, 3 nephews, Aidan and Landon DeBoer, and Hunter Austin, 3 nieces, Brooke Austin, Chelsea and Allie Warren, his sister-in-law, Melani (Chris) Paul, his brother-in-law, Brian Austin, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Carol Liss, his grandfather, Vasko Bosnjakovski, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Pete Angels, and his sister-in-law, Angi Austin.
A funeral service will take place at 11 AM Thursday in the Smith Family Funeral Home - North, 1525 Hancock Street.
