Lindsay Sheckler joins Community Foundation

The Community Foundation is pleased to welcome Lindsay Sheckler as the newest member of our foundation family! She is the Office Coordinator aka Randy wrangler and helper of all things philanthropic. She takes over this role from Audrey Sochor, who has recently become our Young Adult Programs Coordinator.
Lindsay has a diverse background including experience in mental health, juvenile justice, education and training, case management and nonprofits that has taken her from her hometown of Port Huron to South Bend, IN and inner city Oakland, CA before returning back home again. Most recently, she comes from Port Huron Schools where she was contracted to provide career development services to adults at Harrison Center. She is passionate about investing her time and heart in creating and supporting endeavors that address needs, create individual success and promote overall community improvement. She enjoys being active playing sports, coaching baseball and spending time with her sons, Aiden and Embry.
