$5,000 awarded at Annual Dinner

For the fourth year in a row, attendees at the Foundation’s annual dinner selected non-profit organizations to receive Be A Philanthropist grants.  The program was created to demonstrate the roll of the Foundation and let those attending experience first hand the fun, reward and impact of philanthropy. 

A total of $5,000 was awarded through the Be A Philanthropist program and the grants will impact lives all over St. Clair County.   

Algonac Elementary School Lending Library - $500
American Red Cross - $500
Kids in Distress - $500
Mid-City Nutrition - $500
Peoples Clinic - $500
SONS - $500
St. Clair Art Association - $1,000
United Way of St. Clair County - $500
Yale Public Library - $500
