Participants will learn tips how to develop organizational leadership, including board, staff and key volunteers. The session will also provide tips on community engagement and collaboration.
Session 3 on on Nov. 27: creating sustainable revenue.Participants will learn the basics of fund development strategy and how the various pieces of the sustainability model fit together to drive programming.
It is highly recommended and encouraged participants attend all three sessions. Each session will be held from 1:30 - 4 p.m. on the days listed above.
