Plaza Park Wins MEDC Grant

Posted on May 1, 2015

Thanks to the generosity of so many residents and businesses in St. Clair, the Plaza Park courtyard project is receiving a $62,500 matching grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation.

The project is moving on to Phase II. More than $131,000 was raised when combined with the amount from St. Clair donors. This will help pay for features such as seating, a fountain, natural gas fireplaces and a stage.

The Community Foundation will host a grand opening June 18 from 5-7 p.m.
