The Blue Water Land Fund of the Community Foundation of St. Clair County is accepting bids for the next phase of work on the Upper St. Clair River Habitat Restoration Project.

A. Sealed bids for the construction and completion of Contract 2: Riverbank Construction and Contract 3: Reef Construction will be received by the Owner until one o’clock p.m., local time at location of receipt of bids, on Tuesday May 7, 2013.
B. Contractors may bid on one, or both projects.
C. Address bids to: Mr. Randy Maiers, Blue Water Land Fund
D. Deliver the sealed bid to the offices of Acheson Ventures, LLC, 405 Water Street, Suite 200, Port Huron, MI 48060-5469; attention Michael DeLong, Project Manager.
Bids received on time will be opened privately. A bid tabulation will be distributed to all bidders following the bid opening.
Lump sum bids will be received for the complete Work of the two projects described in the Bidding Documents.
The Project is a part of a larger project for the restoration of habitat and shoreline protection on the St. Clair River in Port Huron, south of the confluence of the St. Clair River and Black River. For bidding purposes the work is separated into two separate bid packages, both of which are described in the same set of Contract Drawings and Specifications. Qualified bidders may submit bids for any or all of the Contracts.
