Douglas and Elda L. Webb Scholarship Fund*

Douglas and Elda Webb have lived in Florida for over two decades, but always considered Port Huron their home.  A bequest gift from Mrs. Webb established the Douglas and Elda Webb Scholarship Fund. This scholarship fund provides tuition assistance to graduates of a Port Huron high school attending a community college, trade, business or technical school in St. Clair County.
